How to Make Beef Tender in Japaense Curry
Japanese curry is one of our most cook curries in the house.
We simply love the sense of taste, the thick glistening gravy combine with juicy tender beef pieces.

Virtually every countries has their own version of back-scratch!
Curry, originally from the spice state of India, has reached many homes in near every role of the world.
We are able to find many versions of curries; from super hot to very mild curries, some with coconut milk and some with yoghurt.
What is Japanese Curry?
Going back to history, Japanese curry is based from the English version of curry which tin can be traced back from India!

Adding that extra tablespoon of curry powder will raise the taste of this homemade Japanese curry.
Talking near curry pulverisation, I used Peachy curry powder in my video.
The feedback I get, is that Keen had an underlying "sour" taste to the curry.
Kare taste better using bootleg curry pulverization.
Meat
Beefiness has been our favourite choice of meat in our Japanese curry.
Gravy beef (meat from the hind legs as well known equally shin) are best to make any curry (in my humble opinion).
Slow cooked these gravy beef, on stove or in a crock pot or use pressure cooker.
Gravy beef will turn out to be tender, juicy and almost melt in the mouth.
You can utilise other meat of choice and even get in vegan or vegatarian if you lot wish.
Other ingredients to make Japanese Beefiness back-scratch?
These two ingredients clearly shows that this Japanese curry has some English influence!
Tomato sauce and Worchestershire sauce!
And of class apples (but I omit in mine)

Adding potatoes and carrots are customary in cooking Japanese curry!
This is to bulk up the curry.
Excellent for 1 pot repast.
Nonetheless, I love to add mushroom to my Japanese beef curry.
Cooking curry in pressure cooker
1. Saute onion with 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
2. Add mix spices and saute until fragrant
3. Add together gravy beefiness and stir to coat with spice mix
4. Add 2 cups of water
Add together tomato sauce and worchester sauce.
5. Add cut up potatoes and carrots
Starting time pressure cooker
